  The DIGILARE editorial presents the EU-funded DIGILARE project's analysis of how digitalisation-algorithms, AI, remote and platform work-reshapes power in workplaces and threatens classic labour-law values. It argues that information, consultation and participation rights must be adapted to ensure transparency, fairness and democratic governance of work.
